From the first contest of facts —

the defense counsel's first brief
sets the direction of the case.

The criminal defense center of Glaw Law Group. We do not advertise promises; we argue on the record — one written opinion at the investigation stage, one line in a trial brief is what changes outcomes.

PRINCIPLES

How Glaw Works

01

Honesty before outcomes

At the first consultation we state the strengths and the limits of your case as they are. Promised outcomes do not exist in this office.

02

The investigation stage decides

Small choices during the investigation shape the trial. Pre-interview preparation, attendance, and record review are standard procedure on every matter.

03

Your attorney, start to finish

The attorney who takes your case conducts the visits, the briefs, and the hearings. We take fewer cases and go deeper.

STAGE BY STAGE

Beside you at every stage

A criminal matter does not end with the police. The same attorney responds without a break as the issues shift across investigation, prosecution, and court.

  1. Police

We design the statement before the first interview

The direction is set right after a case opens. We organize the facts and prepare a written opinion, then attend the questioning.

  2. Prosecution

    Contesting the charge decision

This is where indictment is decided. We file opinions and mitigation toward non-prosecution or a suspended indictment, early.

  3. Court

Evidence and sentencing, to the end

We shape the evidentiary strategy, conduct witness examination and sentencing advocacy, and guide post-judgment steps.
